Recipe: Wagyu Katsu with Tom from Sushi Jiro

Wagyu bola blade 50g 

1 egg

1/3 cup of Plain flour

600ml water

Bread crumbs



  1. Mix egg, plain flour and water.
  2. Dip sliced Wagyu to mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Fry shallowly in pan until golden brown.
  4. Serve with coleslaw and iceberg lettuce.
