Wagyu bola blade 50g
1/3 cup of Plain flour
- Mix egg, plain flour and water.
- Dip sliced Wagyu to mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry shallowly in pan until golden brown.
- Serve with coleslaw and iceberg lettuce.
