Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts NOW Open

18 Dec 2016

Introducing the latest addition to the hustle and bustle of Box Hill Central comes the tantalising and versatile Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts.

Expected to become an Australian favourite and originating from Japan’s island of Hokkaido, three diverse cheeses unite to produce an enticing combination of a crunchy, shortcrust base and fluffy filling, with a delicious cheesey aroma.

Popular throughout Asia, the Hokkaido baked cheese tart is inspired by a traditional recipe from Japan’s heartland that succeeds in recreating the Hokkaido cheese flavour flawlessly.

The ST Group have successfully brought about a novel yet traditional eatery to Box Hill, with the produce freshly baked on-site daily. Designed by EAT Architects, store kiosks boast a compact, luxury aesthetic, featuring marble benchtop displays and low slung designer lighting. The Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts will adorn benchtops like precious gems, conveying an elegant high-end appeal to prospective customers.

With the legendary Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart stores selling out most days, the renowned tart is famous for its richness and creaminess with a distinct, savoury/sweet taste.

Priced at $3.90 each for a 4-inch tart, the Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart can be consumed at room temperature, chilled or piping hot and fresh from the oven to cater for all palatable sensitivities.

Hokkaido is now open mid December. Located opposite Australia Post at the Carrington Road entrance of Box Hill Central.
