A recap of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival!

This year we invited food lovers to taste some of Box Hill Central’s best gastronomical delights.

As part Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, we took guests on a culinary journey showcasing dishes from a variety of our authentic restaurants, cooked by local chefs with traditional and authentic techniques bringing the taste of Asia to the plates of foodies. 

In every session each guest was treated to a taster from different corners of Asia, allowing guests to delve deep into the delicious world of authentic Asian cooking.

Starting with Nene Chicken’s signature Korean Fried Chicken, guests were treated to a range of dishes from the popular retailer. Guests were then treated to sumptuous bowls of hot, aromatic Chinese noodle soups from Tina’s Noodle Kitchen, reminiscent of the Sichuan region.

Guests were then transported to the streets of Taiwan with Kitchen Republik, when they indulged in Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and juicy authentic Beef Wrap.

We love any opportunity to showcase the huge offering of authentic Asian food at Box Hill Central and were pleased to host foodies of Melbourne as part of Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
