The sequel is served! The Greatest of the Mall is back at Box Hill Central in partnership with Melbourne Food & Wine and is a snack-fuelled tribute to Melbourne’s legendary mall food scene, cooked up by Raph Rashid – the mind behind Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and All Day Donuts.

Raph Rashid (aka The Snacc Boss), has been making his way through Box Hill Central with his friend Lizzy Hoo but this time, they didn’t just come to eat. They came to research. Explore. Taste. Test. All in the name of creating something totally new – a snacc made just for Box Hill Central, inspired by the classics and reimagined for now.

Raph was born to the snack life – or, as he’d call it, the snacc life. Growing up above a Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne, street food and street culture have been passions for him from an early age. He is one of Australia’s food-truck pioneers, and is also a celebrated photographer, a broadcaster, publishes his own magazine, and was inducted into the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Legends Hall of Fame as a trailblazer in 2013.

Ahead of their shopping centre snacktacular, comedian and serial snacker Lizzy Hoo hits Box Hill Central with her new bestie Raph Rashid for a dose of inspiration and afternoon eats.
