We’ve unveiled our future vision for a proposed redevelopment of Box Hill Central.

Our 10-year vision is about creating a thriving destination with a bustling new town square and a world class mixed-use precinct with residential, commercial and retail developments in the heart of Box Hill.

PLANNED KEY PROJECTS INCLUDE:

Several development applications have been lodged with the Whitehorse City Council including:

  • New public space that will open up the centre of Box Hill with a Spanish Steps-inspired amphitheatre, town square and a new extension of Main Street – for hosting events, entertainment, art and music
  • the creation of new walkways and roads connecting the precinct’s residential, commercial, transport, retail and hospitality offerings to Whitehorse Road
  • a 25-level commercial office building next to Box Hill train station.

We are also lodging a development application for a new residential building with apartments, office space and ground level retail trading onto a revitalised Main Street in mid-2020.

With Box Hill a key business, residential and retail destination, our plans are about creating a thriving urban space to meet changing consumer trends to live, work and play close to home.
